What is the deadline for making a return?

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item. During this period you can request a refund using the same payment method. After the first 14 calendar days, the refund cannot be made.

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

· Home collection: €9.90

Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg and Portugal:

· Delivery to “delivery point”: €12.00

· Home collection: €12.90

Rest of the countries of the European Union

· Delivery to “delivery point”: €13.00

Can an order be cancelled?

Once the order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. You can request a refund for the order once you have received it.

Can a product be exchanged for an order that has been placed?

At this time, once your order has been completed, we cannot process changes to products or references.

If you wish to change the size, model of jewelry or pearl, you can request a refund of the order once you have received it (within 14 calendar days) and place a new order.
