MAJORICA INTERNACIONAL, S.L., may be, from now on, referred to interchangeably as ''MAJORICA'' or ''Us'' or the ''Responsible of the treatment''.

Once you unsubscribe from the Platform and cease to be a User or the conservation period established above ends, MAJORICA may keep your data until the limitation periods of contractual, tax obligations and other applicable regulations. The data will be duly blocked in accordance with the applicable regulations, MAJORICA adopting all reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing except for making the data available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the authorities. of data protection as well as, in any case, possible responsibilities arising from your relationship with MAJORICA.
- WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA?

- Service providers. MAJORICA may subcontract the provision of certain services, so there may be entities with access to certain data for the exclusive performance of the subcontracted provision.

- Computer systems services. MAJORICA may contract IT services for the management and maintenance of MAJORICA's own systems, so these entities could have accessory access to data owned by MAJORICA.
