Code of Ethics
What is Majorica’s Ethics Channel?
Majorica’s Ethics Channel is a reflection of our commitment to transparency and professional integrity. It serves as a confidential communication channel for reporting ethical concerns and is available to all Majorica employees as well as external partners.
Through this channel, breaches of regulations can be reported, such as financial, accounting, or business misconduct, as well as unethical behaviour. The aim is to address these issues and continuously improve the organisation.
Reports can be submitted via the standardised form available at the following link: Report Form.
You can also track the status of your report through this channel.
How can I submit a report?
To ensure a thorough analysis and proper handling of the case, reports submitted through this channel should include the following information:
- A detailed description of the incident or reported behaviour.
- The date or time period when the incident occurred or is occurring.
- The identity of the person(s) involved or of those who may have knowledge of the incident.
- If available: Relevant documents, files, or any other additional information.
- If possible, a contact method for follow-up queries.
Important: Knowingly submitting a false report may result in disciplinary and/or legal consequences.
Can I submit a report anonymously?
Yes, you can choose to submit a report anonymously or provide your contact details. In both cases, the entire communication process through the Ethics Channel – from the submission of the report to the conclusion of the investigation – remains fully confidential.
If you submit a report with your contact details, the responsible officer may reach out for additional information if needed. You will also receive updates on the progress of the case.
If you choose to report anonymously, you must securely store the identification code and password generated upon submission. These credentials are the only way to track the status of your report and respond to any follow-up requests.
If further information is required for the case, it is essential to provide a timely response. Otherwise, the report may be closed due to insufficient data.
